M & M Apartments

Collectively with Vallaster Corl Architects and Bill Jackson, Hugh Development is undertaken a ground up development in the heart of the City of Gresham, Downtown. M&M Apartments will become a four-story mixed-use wood frame building, with approximately 39,500 square feet comprising of 41 residential units and 8,400 square feet of leasable commercial spaces. Located at the corner of NW 2nd Street and N. Main Ave, Downtown Gresham is an amazing historical neighborhood. The project will include a walk greenspace alleyway in between the building that fill with restaurants and retail spaces available for boutiques and cafes.
