Concordia neighborhood is welcoming a new development building for future residents.  In partnership with Works Progress Architecture, Hugh Development LLC is currently planning and in pre-development stages of this mixed-use building located on the corner of Northeast 33rd Ave and Holman Street. With the community high residential density, due to the university and growing local business, there’s a dire need of compact housing and commercial space in this NE Portland area. 

Aladdin Apartments is a three-story mixed-use wood frame structure of 43 residential units, as well as 4,500 square feet of leasable commercial spaces. This development also includes 10 tuck-under parking spaces, secure bike room for up to 43 bicycles, a lobby and building services rooms (such as; mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, trash and recycling). The project is expected with construction commencement anticipated in Winter 2020.
