Portland Lloyd Centre Community Development
The project is undertaken by PLCC and Holst Architecture to be developed the Superblock site which includes mixed-use buildings with 677 apartments, live-work units and approximately 38,000 sf of commercial retail, onsite 538 parking spaces, and 1,350 bike parking. Hugh Development LLC in partnership with PLCC to facilitate with City of Portland planners and government agencies to perform and obtain building permits. The site is located at the corner of NE 13th Avenue and NE Multnomah Street. PLCC development will be an astounding addition to the Lloyd District surrounding areas.
